The Nuova Life Process:
Meeting frequencies Vary depending on your motivational needs (approximately once a month). Meetings are held remotely over Zoom and are around 1 hour long.

Each session is composed of 3 main components: assessment, goal setting, and resource development, and lasts around 1 hour. Recommended session frequency ~ 1/month (varies for each client’s needs).
